What you might be carrying

Life can bring moments when the weight of what you carry becomes too much to bear alone. Whether you’re feeling constantly anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns you can’t break, you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

In a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space, we can explore your experiences at your own pace—helping you quiet inner criticism, process past pain, and find your way back to a grounded connection with yourself.

Anxiety, Trauma & Nervous System Regulation

Panic, hypervigilance, chronic stress, PTSD, Insomnia, and feeling unsafe in your own body.

Inner Conflict & Self-Compassion

Perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-criticism, shame, and feeling fragmented.

Relational Patterns & Attachment

Boundary struggles, fear of intimacy, repeating old relationship cycles, and loneliness.

Life Transitions & Identity

Expat adjustment, identity shifts, burnout, grief, loss, and navigating life changes.

My practice warmly welcomes individuals of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds.

What I offer — an integrative, evidence-based framework

True, lasting healing happens when we address pain across every layer of who you are. Rather than relying on talk therapy alone, my approach integrates modern, evidence-based methods that gently work with your brainstem, your body, your inner parts, and your mind.

Together, we trace symptoms back to their roots—calming your nervous system, resolving inner conflict, and helping you return to a natural state of wholeness and safety.

Parts

Healing your inner parts

Gently unburdening protective, wounded, or critical parts of yourself so you can step out of internal conflict and restore compassionate Self-leadership.

More about this approach

Brainstem

Calming trauma at its neurobiological root

Reaching deep subcortical layers where threat and orienting tension are held, clearing survival shock before conscious thoughts or emotions take over.

More about this approach

Mind / Belief

Rewiring deep emotional learnings

Uncovering the implicit, unconscious logic behind your symptoms—updating old survival beliefs at their root so painful emotional patterns can permanently dissolve.

Body

Accessing the innate wisdom of your body

Tracking physical sensations and autonomic nervous system responses to release stored tension, establish physical grounding, and restore bodily safety.

While trauma and emotional distress affect every layer of our system, the way we work together is always tailored to your unique life situation. Whether you are seeking deep personal healing, navigating life in a new country, or looking to repair relationship patterns, I offer dedicated pathways designed to support you.

About

Healing is fundamentally a relational process. Beyond tools and techniques, I believe the heart of effective psychotherapy lies in a genuine, safe, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel truly seen and heard.

As a qualified Counsellor and Gestalt Psychotherapist trained in both the UK and Austria, my work is grounded in deep respect for your individual journey. Drawing from specialized training in Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Coherence Therapy, I bring an integrative, trauma-informed perspective to our sessions.

Having lived and worked internationally, I warmly welcome clients from all cultural backgrounds, life stages, genders, and orientations at my practice in Vienna (1090 Wien) and online.

Conditions & first step

How we work together

  • Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 – 16:30.
  • Practice Location: In-person at my practice in 1090 Wien (Gussenbauergasse 1/19) or Online via secure video link.
  • Languages: Sessions are offered in fluent English and German.

Session formats & cadence

  • 50-Minute Sessions: The standard, structured time frame for focused, ongoing processing.
  • 75-Minute Sessions: An extended session option designed to offer extra spaciousness. This allows us to go deeper, move at a gentler pace, and explore complex themes or subcortical trauma work without feeling rushed.
  • Rhythm & Continuity: Therapy relies on momentum and consistency to foster lasting change. I work with clients on either a weekly or fortnightly (every other week) basis. I do not offer extended gaps between meetings, as continuity is essential for real therapeutic progress.

Initial assessment & insurance

Our first meeting gives us time to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and answer any questions you may have. Because this initial session plays a decisive role in establishing our therapeutic foundation, it is billed at the same rate as subsequent sessions.

As a registered psychotherapist in Austria, my sessions qualify for partial fee reimbursement through Austrian public health insurance providers (e.g., ÖGK, SVS, BVAEB). Invoices are provided for your submission.

Taking the first step

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, and I welcome you to reach out.
